50 Cent to sell mansion
Does this make him ineligible for the proposed Connecticut music hall of fame?
Rapper 50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson III, has put his Farmington mansion on the market, The Courant reports. No asking price has been mentioned yet, but Fiddy bought the 48,000-square-foot estate in 2003 for $4.1 million, and has spent an estimated $6 million on renovations to the 18-bedroom, 37-bathroom mansion, which includes a movie theater, a "grotto," a full gym and a helicopter pad.
That's a lot of house, and local real estate types say it won't be easy to sell for the price the rapper is likely to seek. "Anything over $10 million is going to sit and sit," said one real estate agent.

I'm buying it.

That was my first question when he bought the mansion, Francesca. Most banquet halls that serve hundreds of people at once don't have 37 bathrooms!

bye bye. Will he bring his stripper poles with him when he leaves? And why one earth does any one person need 37 bathrooms?? I just shudder thinking about the cleaning process.
