So in a blog yesterday from his own little paradise in the Virgin Islands Courant Staff Writer John Altavilla wrote about the iguana’s at his resort in St. Thomas (without using the Women's basketball subhead on his entry title of course).
John made mention that he hadn’t yet seen a dog, cat, squirrel, deer or raccoon.
Well just to make you feel better John, I’ll let you know that I saw all of those things, somewhere, pancaked on the side of Interstate 79 on the ride down here from Washington, Pa.

Really, who knew that coonskin caps came in so many different styles?
There has to be a coonskin cap outlet somewhere around here. Judging by the crowd I checked out walking in here a little bit ago the standard wear for this place seems to be something yellow or something blue and most definitely the coonskin cap.
Do they sell coonskin caps at Cabela’s?
It’s a gorgeous day (for an upset) in Morgantown. Probably about 50 degrees right now, wispy clouds, sun shining.
I need to go find me some coonskin headgear.

I'm looking out over the big parking lot outside the stadium and there's a whole mess of RV's out there. Makes NASCAR Shawn feel right at home. Pre-game football news or injury status??? Buy the paper, check The Courant website, plenty there all week. We're lucky we even get 20 minutes 5 days before the game with 6 predetermined players on this team. Pre-game injuries? Nope, not happening.
